poem: Saints and Sinners

They seethe and fume
Of our despotism
Our tyranny,
And corruption

They flaunt
Wealth, power
Good governance,
Justice and fairness
At our faces

Yet, these two-faced crooks
Swell their treasuries
With funds looted
From our coffers

They enrich
Their museums
With artefacts
Stolen
From our
Hapless nations

But they are saints
We are sinners
